Returns

I offer this:

If you have purchased anything on bigswoop.shop, but didn't receive the right products or sizing, or receive your products within the guaranteed delivery time (45 days), you get a full refund.

However I can't give you a full refund under the following circumstances:

1. Your order didn't arrive due to factors within your control (for example you provide us with the wrong shipping address).
2. Your order didn't arrive due to one or other circumstances outside the control of Big Swoop.

Returns/Refunds or exchange items are accepted up to 14 calendar days after receiving your order.  

• First, make a small note with your name, order number and reason for returning.

• Send me an email to info@bigswoop.shop with the receipt of the return. As soon as I receive your email I will sure to handle your request.

Do I need to pay for the return?

Yes, you are responsible for the return costs. This includes any import fees (if applicable).
